Peter 'Sleazy' Christopherson dies at 55

Peter 'Sleazy' Christopherson, (27 February 1955 24 November 2010), founding member of the seminal outfit Throbbing Gristle died in his sleep at his home in Bangkok.

Needless to point out his contribution to the truly pioneering TG and other groups like Coil and Psychic TV. It may be little known that he was one of the three partners of the album cover design group Hipgnosis, which was responsible for many notable album covers of the 1970s.

The last months also saw the untimely deaths of Gregory Isaacs and Sugar Minott, both mainly known as outstanding singers, but being just as important as producers, sound system operators and for their grassroots social function.
